Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Pari Bakers, we understand the importance of delivering your favorite bakery products fresh and on time. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the conditions under which we process, ship, and deliver orders to ensure a smooth and reliable experience.
1. Delivery Area
Currently, we offer delivery services exclusively within Greater Noida West. We aim to extend our delivery services to other locations in the near future, but orders placed from outside the current service area cannot be fulfilled at this time.
2. Delivery Time Frame
We take pride in offering prompt delivery to ensure that your products arrive fresh and in the best possible condition.
Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 8:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery. We strive to deliver these orders within 60 minutes of order placement.
Express Delivery: For customers who require faster delivery, we offer an express service where orders are delivered within 30 minutes of placement, subject to product availability.
Scheduled Delivery: Customers may also choose a specific delivery time slot at checkout for their convenience.
3. Order Processing
Order Preparation: Once an order is placed, our team processes it immediately, and it takes no more than 30 minutes to prepare for shipping.
Real-Time Updates: Customers will receive real-time updates on their order status via email or SMS, including confirmation of order receipt, preparation, and dispatch notifications.
4. Shipping Charges
Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on all orders, with a standard delivery time of 60 minutes. This applies to both same-day and express delivery orders.
Express Delivery Charges: While same-day delivery is free, a nominal fee may be applied for express delivery to cover expedited service costs. The charge, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.
5. Delivery Process
Contactless Delivery: In light of health and safety concerns, we offer contactless delivery upon request. Our delivery person will leave your order at your doorstep and notify you via phone or text message.
Delivery Attempts: Our delivery personnel will make a maximum of two delivery attempts. If you are unreachable or unavailable to accept the order after two attempts, the order will be marked as undeliverable. In such cases, no refunds or replacements will be provided.
6. Delivery Confirmation
Upon successful delivery, our delivery person will either:
- Hand over the product to the recipient at the specified delivery address.
- If requested, leave the order at a designated spot in case of contactless delivery.
You will be notified via email or SMS once your order has been delivered.
7. Delivery Issues
While we strive to ensure prompt and flawless delivery, certain circumstances may result in delays. These may include:
- Weather Conditions: Heavy rain, storms, or other adverse weather conditions.
- Traffic Delays: Traffic jams or roadblocks beyond our control.
- Force Majeure: Any unforeseen or uncontrollable events such as natural disasters or pandemics.
In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
In rare cases where delivery is delayed beyond the expected time or fails due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact our support team. We will make every effort to resolve the issue, and if a delivery cannot be fulfilled, we will refund the amount paid for the order.
9. Delivery of Perishable Goods
Due to the perishable nature of our bakery products, we ensure that orders are handled and transported under the best conditions to maintain freshness. As a result:
No Returns: Once delivered, products cannot be returned due to their perishable nature. However, in cases of wrong or damaged deliveries, you may request a refund or replacement (see our Refund Policy).
Freshness Guarantee: We ensure that all products are freshly baked and of the highest quality before dispatch.
10. Change of Delivery Address
If you wish to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. Address changes will only be accepted if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Changes requested after shipping will not be entertained.
