Terms and Conditions – Pari Bakers

User Agreement

By using the online ordering services of Pari Bakers (www.paribakers.com), you (“The User”) agree to the terms and conditions listed below. Pari Bakers reserves the right to add, delete, modify, or update any terms at any time. Users are advised to review these terms carefully each time they use the services of Pari Bakers.

Pari Bakers reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

General Terms

  1. Age Requirement
    The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 years of age or is using the service under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  2. Pricing & Availability
    All prices, offers, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
  3. Incorrect Pricing
    If any product is listed at an incorrect price, Pari Bakers reserves the right to cancel the order, even if the order is confirmed and payment is processed. If payment is already deducted, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
  4. Payment Responsibility
    In online payment transactions, the User must use their own credit/debit card or payment account. Pari Bakers is not responsible for any fraudulent transactions.
  5. Order Cancellation Policy
    Once an order is placed, cancellations will not be accepted as cakes are made freshly on order.
  6. Non-Delivery Due to Wrong Information
    If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect name, address, phone number, or unavailability of the recipient, the User will be responsible for additional re-delivery charges.
  7. Delays Beyond Control
    Pari Bakers will not be liable for delays caused due to weather conditions, traffic, strikes, natural disasters, or any other events beyond our control.
  8. Product Quality & Variations
    All products are made fresh and carefully prepared. However:
    • Actual product (color, design, decoration, shape, etc.) may vary slightly from displayed images.
    • In case of unavailability of certain items, Pari Bakers may deliver a similar or alternate product of equal value.
  9. Modification of Content/Services
    Pari Bakers reserves the right to modify website content, product information, or services at any time.
  10. User Information
    The User agrees to provide true, accurate, and complete information. If any information is found incorrect, Pari Bakers may cancel the registration or order.
  11. Service Limitations & Liability
    Pari Bakers is not responsible for:
  • Delays or non-deliveries due to system errors.
  • Loss of data, financial loss, or damages arising from website use.
  • Technical issues such as server failure, network problems, or unauthorized access.

  • Weight, size, color, and decorations mentioned are approximate.
  • Variations may occur due to fresh preparation and manual decoration.
  • Some designs may require slight adjustments.

    Prices, offers, and product details may be updated without prior notice. Website prices may differ from store prices. Pari Bakers also reserves the right to limit sales to re-sellers.

All services will be governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India.

Delivery Policy – Pari Bakers

Transfer of Risk

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the User once the product is dispatched from Pari Bakers. After dispatch, any loss or damage is not the responsibility of Pari Bakers.

If the Product is Delivered in Damaged Condition

  1. The recipient must inspect the product (cake/flowers/gifts) at the time of delivery before signing the receipt.
  2. If the product is damaged, the recipient should refuse delivery and immediately contact Customer Support.
  3. Complaints must be reported within 3 hours of delivery. Complaints after 3 hours will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
  4. For severely damaged items, a replacement will be provided. Please allow a minimum of 6 hours for replacement.
  5. For courier-based orders, complaints must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Complaints beyond this time will not be considered.
