Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Pari Bakers, we aim to ensure that your experience with us is seamless and satisfactory. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where cancellations or refunds are necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, refunds, and exchanges may occur.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed on Pari Bakers, it enters our processing system immediately. Due to the fast-paced nature of our operations, we are unable to accept cancellations for most orders once they have been processed. Below are the specific conditions:
Cancellation Before Shipping:
- You may cancel your order within the first 15 minutes of placing it if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. You can cancel by calling or emailing our customer support team, quoting your order number.
- After 15 minutes, cancellations will not be accepted as we begin preparing your order immediately and aim to have it shipped within 30 minutes.
Cancellation After Shipping:
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. As our bakery items are perishable, all sales are considered final after the shipping process begins.
2. Refund Policy
Pari Bakers has a strict no-return policy due to the nature of our products. However, refunds are applicable in certain circumstances, outlined below:
Wrong Product Delivered:
- If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. The wrong item must be verified by our delivery person at the time of delivery, and a note will be made on your order.
Damaged Product:
- In case you receive a damaged product, please inform our delivery person immediately. Damages must be reported and verified upon delivery. You will either receive a full refund or a replacement for the damaged item.
3. Conditions for Refunds
Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:
Verification by Delivery Person:
- Any claims for wrong or damaged products must be verified by our delivery personnel at the time of delivery. Once the claim is verified, we will initiate the refund process.
Time Frame for Refunds:
- Refund requests will be processed within 48 hours of being verified. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout, or, in the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, we will arrange a bank transfer or alternative method.
Refund Processing Time:
- Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 48 hours. However, depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Refunds for Online Payments
For orders paid through our online payment methods (debit/credit card, net banking, UPI):
- If you are entitled to a refund for a wrong or damaged product, we will refund the full amount back to your original method of payment.
- We do not deduct any handling or processing fees for refunds.
5. Exchanges
At Pari Bakers, exchanges are possible under the following circumstances:
Wrong or Damaged Products:
- If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we will arrange for an exchange, provided the claim is verified by our delivery personnel.
Exchange Process:
- Once the delivery person confirms the wrong or damaged product, we will process an exchange as soon as possible. We aim to deliver the replacement product within the standard delivery time.

7. Exclusions
The following cases are excluded from refunds or exchanges:
- Change of Mind: As our bakery products are freshly made, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind after purchase.
- Delayed Orders: While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.) do not qualify for refunds unless the product delivered is wrong or damaged.
